But finding a house online was never the hardest part of buying real estate. The hard part starts when something goes wrong. That’s when you need someone who can negotiate, read the situation, coordinate the lender and attorneys, deal with the other side, solve problems and figure out what to do when the transaction stops following the script. I am in LOOOOOVE w @neyo (Julien knows😜). Around 13 years ago, it was my first year in NYC, I went to Barclays Center to see a hip hop/r&b concert. Then he comes out, opens his shirt, starts singing a cappella, points at the camera and I thought he points at me and sings just for me. I don’t remember much from that first year in NYC but I do remember @neyo . Yesterday he performed at @meadowsmusictheatre and it was so much better than I anticipated. He brought live orchestra, back up singers, amazing dancers. This was a really world class show, here in CT! #neyo #neyotour
