☀️ Connecticut summer may be winding down…but the housing market apparently didn’t get the memo.
Inventory remains tight across Milford, Norwalk & New Haven, and here’s the stat that caught my attention:
🏡 Milford: 101.82% of asking
🔥 Norwalk: 104.93% of asking
🏙️ New Haven: 101.52% of asking
And here’s the interesting part: median sold prices actually dropped in Milford and Norwalk.
So does that mean buyers suddenly have the upper hand? Not exactly.
The right homes are still attracting serious competition—but we’re also seeing some signs that buyers may have a little more room to breathe.
Thinking about buying or selling before fall? Don’t make your decision based on national headlines. Your local market—and even your specific price range—can tell a very different story.
📩 DM me MARKET and I’ll tell you what’s happening in your Connecticut town.

Which American home style would you choose? 🏡
Over the past 250 years, homes have changed with the way families live.
🏡Colonials emphasized tradition.
🏡Victorians celebrated personality.
🏡Craftsman homes valued detail.
🏡Ranches made one-level living popular.
🏡Midcentury Modern connected homes to nature.
🏡Modern Farmhouses refreshed familiar American style.
Connecticut buyers can find examples of nearly every one of these styles—but each offers a very different way of living.
Will AI replace real estate agents🧐🤖? AI is becoming a powerful part of the home-buying process — and I actually think that’s a good thing.
Buyers can use it to research neighborhoods, compare properties, understand terminology, analyze numbers and walk into the process much better informed.
But finding a house online was never the hardest part of buying real estate.
The hard part starts when something goes wrong.
That’s when you need someone who can negotiate, read the situation, coordinate the lender and attorneys, deal with the other side, solve problems and figure out what to do when the transaction stops following the script.
The future isn’t AI vs. real estate agents.
It’s probably great agents using AI — while still knowing what to do when real life gets complicated. #RealEstateAI #AIRealEstate #connecticutrealestate
I am in LOOOOOVE w @neyo (Julien knows😜). Around 13 years ago, it was my first year in NYC, I went to Barclays Center to see a hip hop/r&b concert. Then he comes out, opens his shirt, starts singing a cappella, points at the camera and I thought he points at me and sings just for me. I don’t remember much from that first year in NYC but I do remember @neyo . Yesterday he performed at @meadowsmusictheatre and it was so much better than I anticipated. He brought live orchestra, back up singers, amazing dancers. This was a really world class show, here in CT! #neyo #neyotour
